Jonathan Wharry MAAT MSWW
Jonathan obtained a Diploma in Accounting and is a member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT), he also holds the SWWEPP Wills and Estate Planning Certificate and is a full member of The Society of Will Writers (MSWW).
Jonathan has worked as a fee earner for two of the leading firms of solicitors in the region. Initially specialising in NHS Continuing Healthcare funding claims and then moving on to specialise in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration and Professional Attorney matters. After a number of years of working for local firms he left his to form Gradient Wills and Estates Limited in 2019.

Jonathan has a particular interest and experience in matters related to elderly clients, specifically care issues, vulnerable adult protection and advising clients on planning for later life

You can arrange an appointment at our Lowestoft office or request a home visit in Norfolk or Suffolk. As well as conventional office hours, we also provide evening and weekend appointments. Our fees are far lower than local solicitors and we are regulated by the Society of Will Writers. As Society members we undertake continuing professional development and hold professional indemnity insurance, up to the value of £2.5M.
